You can find reviews about the different products on every product details page. You can find general reviews on Google and Trustpilot.
- No compensation is provided in exchange for reviews
- The assessments are published and kept for a period of five years.
- The reviews cannot be changed: if a customer wants to change his or her assessment, he or she can send an email to hello@cleverclixx.com and it will be adjusted accordingly.
- Who can write a review?
Anyone can post a review about our web store via Trustpilot or Google. Anyone can also post a review of the individual products, even if he or she has not purchased this product.
- What does Cleverclixx do to avoid fake reviews? Our reviews are collected in a registered tool that carries out automatic checks of false accounts, etc.
- Reviews are always published as they were received. If the review is inappropriate, or does not give a correct picture of the situation, the review will be responded to and the customer will be contacted.
Our customer service department reserves the right to contact you electronically to offer you help with a possible negative experience that you have expressed in the reviews.
