Orders and payments

To make payments, you can choose from the following options:

Payments via Credit Card, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, and bank transfer

The customer must inform Cleverclixx of any inaccuracies in invoicing straightaway so that we can correct the amount.


Worldwide delivery

Shipping is carried out by DPD with tracking available for all parcels.

For orders of €100 or more, there are no shipping costs to Belgium and the Netherlands.

There is no free shipping from €100 to following countries/continents:

If your parcel is not picked up at the collection point and is sent back to us, the cost of returning it is charged to the customer.

Cleverclixx is responsible for the parcel until it has been delivered to the customer. Afterwards, Cleverclixx can no longer be deemed responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of goods. We do everything we can to pack the goods as well and as safely as possible. Delivery will take place within the legal period of 30 days. Should it not occur within that period, the customer may terminate the agreement free of charge, unless otherwise agreed upon and/or communicated.

Right to refrain from purchasing the goods.

The customer has the right to inform the seller that s/he is cancelling his or her purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery.

The customer is requested to return the articles in their original condition with all the accessories and instructions for use, and - if possible - in their original packaging. If the returned product is reduced in value in one way or another, Cleverclixx reserves the right to hold the customer liable and claim compensation for each reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the customer in a manner other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.

Terms and Conditions

In the event of an item being returned in ways which do not comply with the terms set out above, the seller will not be obliged to make a payment of any amount and the product remains the property of the buyer. The buyer can then pick it up within 14 days from the seller or, at the explicit request of the buyer and at their expense, the product can be sent to the buyer. The buyer is liable for the risks of returning the product (loss, damage, etc.), and the product will be returned at their expense. If the package is not picked up at the collection point and is sent back to us, the cost of returning the parcel will be charged to the customer.


Not satisfied with your product? That’s annoying. We are going to do something about that, we promise. Below you will find a list of what we can do for you in the event of you not being satisfied.

  • 14 days cooling-off period after receiving your product.
  • If an exchange is agreed, we will send you the new product.

Articles purchased via the Cleverclixx web store can be exchanged within a period of 14 days, starting from the day of delivery, and this is on the condition that the product is unused, undamaged, and still has all the original labels. For all additional info see Article 4.

We also ask you to inform us that you want to exchange a product within 14 working days. The costs of returning the products are solely incurred by the buyer, who is also solely liable for the risks of returning the product.

We reserve the right to refuse the exchange, if we suspect that the product was damaged by the customer, has already been used, or if the reasons are unfounded.

Products subject to sales reductions cannot be exchanged.

Within 14 days of receiving the product, the seller undertakes to repay the purchase amount paid by the buyer (excluding shipping costs) with the same payment method that the customer him/herself has used, unless the customer agrees to a different payment method, such as a gift card.

All returned items are carefully inspected. The assumption here is that the customer can only inspect the article in the same way as they could in a store. Returned articles may be tried out, but not made much use of. If an article has been damaged by the use made of it by the customer, this will be charged to the customer. The buyer must return the product within 14 calendar days in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with all original labels and - if possible - to the seller in their original packaging.


We try to describe and clarify the items offered as accurately as possible based on photos. If typos occur (material mistakes, missing), then this is based on human, involuntary error and no liability can be incurred as a result.

Colours in the photos can also differ slightly from the real colours.

The settings and quality of your screen can influence this, as well as the light. We cannot accept exchanges based on colour deviations. If you have doubts concerning a certain product or want further information, you can always contact us for more information. We also reserve the right to adjust our prices.

We also make every effort to check our products as thoroughly as possible for any errors or defects. If any defects are caused to the articles on our website, we are not liable for this.

We would then ask you to contact the relevant manufacturer. Please inform us also, so that we can carry out supplementary checks of the products. We make every effort to prevent, remedy and resolve any complaints.

As established by the legal provisions, a legal claim also applies to our products’ guarantee. If a product does not comply with the agreement, the buyer must inform the seller of this within 2 months of noticing the defect.

The possible reimbursement for this can never be greater than the invoiced/paid amount to the buyer. Usual or normal wear, unintentional or intentional changes caused by the buyer to the product, not being able to submit an invoice or valid proof of payment, and the various omissions constitute explicit but non-exhaustive exceptions to the aforementioned warranty system.

We use the statutory minimum warranty period of two years, if the product does not conform to the order placed. This means that in the event of the goods having defects or flaws, a free repair or replacement is possible for two years after delivery.

SALE items and outlet

On items that are sold in our outlet collection or items that are in the sales, no discount codes or extra promotions are possible.


The data of our customers. These are not passed on to third parties. Cleverclixx may use this data for the promotion of its products and services. The participant has the right to inspect the data that relates to him/her and can request rectification or deletion by sending an e-mail.


No data or photos of our site may be copied or used without our explicit permission.
