Review policy

Je vindt de reviews over de verschillende producten terug bij elke product detailpagina. Algemene reviews vind je terug in Google en Trustpilot.

  • Er wordt geen tegenprestatie verstrekt in ruil voor beoordelingen
  • De beoordelingen worden gepubliceerd en bijgehouden voor een periode van vijf jaar.
  • De beoordelingen kunnen niet worden gewijzigd: als een klant zijn beoordeling wil wijzigen kan hij of zij een mailtje sturen naar hello@cleverclixx.com en wordt dit zo aangepast.
  • Wie kan een review schrijven?
    Iedereen kan een review achterlaten via Trustpilot of Google over onze webshop. Ook kan iedereen een review achterlaten bij de individuele producten, ook als hij of zij dit product niet heeft aangekocht.
  • Wat onderneemt Cleverclixx om valse reviews te vermijden? Onze reviews worden verzameld in een geregistreerde tool die automatische checks doet op valse accounts, etc.
  • Reviews worden steeds gepubliceerd zoals ze ontvangen werden, indien de review ongepast, geen juist beeld geeft van de situatie wordt er op de review gereageerd en contact opgenomen met de klant.

Onze customer service behoudt zich het recht om elektronisch contact met je op te nemen om je hulp te bieden bij een mogelijke negatieve ervaring die je hebt kunnen uiten in de reviews.

Why Cleverclixx at school?
